A long-time local helping you find your home or investment at the Beach on 30A and the Emerald Coast!
Kimberly Maxwell, like generations before her, knows Walton County and its communities and wonderful lifestyle firsthand. Born in NYC, living in the metro area and then moving to NC in high school, her mother and father brought the family to South Walton every year since the early sixties so that they could visit grandparents and other relatives in DeFuniak Springs and hold beach reunions in Grayton and Seagrove. After experiencing college summers, lifeguarding at Sandestin, she moved full-time to start a career in journalism working for area newspapers in Destin and DeFuniak Springs. Obtaining her Masters in IT while working for PC Magazine labs located in Destin, she continued her path as a writer in High-Tech with over 800 articles and 5 books published. Kimberly then formed NetPR to help start-up and fortune 500 marketing teams leverage their products and news presence with the press. During her tenure as President and CEO of NetPR, she became involved in the land development process with her own Planned Unit Development, resale of fixer uppers, spec houses and land sales. Kimberly is happy to help find the best property to fit your expectations and requirements with all the fun stories that go along with Walton County!
