Kylie Smith

With roots in Atlanta, Kylie moved to the Emerald Coast and joined Engel and Völkers 30A. After graduating from the University of Georgia and earning a degree in public relations and interior design, she shortly realized that real estate was her passion. Kylie was born into an entrepreneurial family, so customer service and people skills are in her DNA.

Kylie is a natural for intuitively knowing what type of property her clients are looking for, even if they haven’t described it. Kylie’s ability to observe and listen to their wants has made her an instant success and a client favorite. She realized that she couldn’t change the world, but the right property can change somebody’s world and that’s a great start.
